Dust Allergies

House dust is a major cause of allergy all year round. Suffers would have symptoms of a runny or stuffy nose, itchy or watery eyes and sneezing. For people who suffer from asthma, dust can cause wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath.  

House dusts are made up of a mixture of substances. The content varies from different household. It depends on the type of furniture, building materials, presence of pets, moisture and many other factors. Traces of dust may be contained in fabric fibers, human skin particles, animal droppings, microscopic creatures like mites (dust mites), bacteria, cockroaches, mold spores, food particles and other debris. An individual maybe allergic to one or more the mentioned substances and if expose to it an allergic reaction is trigger.
